INSURING A SMOOTH PROCESS: I strive for detail...Today's real estate transactions tend to be more complex with over 20 forms in a typical transaction. My job is to make sure that your best interests are met by
cautioning you in the pitfalls, interpreting the paperwork and insuring a "trouble-free" smooth process.
MARKET EVALUATIONS: I offer detailed "no charge" market evaluations on your property!
TOWNHOMES/CONDOMINIUMS: Besides residential homes, one of my specialties is Condominiums! I am very familiar and enjoy working various buildings in the Seattle/Bellevue area. I have a specific and proven plan for the marketing and promotion of condos that has been very successful for me which I would love to share with you!
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT: Besides working as a consultant and an associate broker, I coordinate The Landmmark Group's Property Management A Division managing client properties.
